CERTI5IED SOUND | The Music Behind the Culture
Before CERTI5IED became a brand, music was already in my blood.
I’m DJ Ganja Fingaz, and I’ve been living this DJ life for over 30 years. I come from a generation where being a DJ meant more than just playing songs—it meant knowing how to read a crowd, control the energy, and take people on a musical journey they won’t forget.
My journey started in Queens, New York, and over the years, music has taken me through different cities, different cultures, and countless unforgettable nights. From building vibes at parties and clubs to traveling and working alongside some of the real ones in the business, I’ve always represented the culture with passion and authenticity.
I spent years traveling with Downbeat the Ruler, building experience and learning the true meaning of sound system culture and entertainment. In 2009, I took that passion even further and built Ganja Yaad, my own sound system—a movement created from my love for reggae, dancehall, hip-hop, R&B, soca, and the music that brings people together.
Throughout my career, I’ve promoted and played at events that brought different crowds and cultures under one roof. From Reggae Lounge to Dutty Wine, Euphoria Sundays, Infinity Live Wednesdays, and beyond, I’ve always believed that the right music can turn a regular night into a memory.
Now, CERTI5IED brings all of those worlds together.
CERTI5IED SOUND is the soundtrack to the brand—the parties, the DJs, the live experiences, and the energy behind the culture. Whether I’m rocking a club, a private event, a festival, or setting the vibe somewhere unexpected, one thing stays the same:
